Creating A Blog As Your Central Nerve Center

Aside from your lead-capture-page, your Blog or web site is considered to be your central nerve center. You will be sending your prospects back to your blog. Make your blog as something that will brand what kind of sponsor or person you, Give give them a reason to join you, and only YOU. Avoid replicated websites just like the ones in your team, or others in similar business you are involved with.

You may use blogging for marketing by optimizing it for the search engines so internet users may find your website. If they are interested in what you see in your blog, they might join your business. People who receives information, or find a business similar to yours from others will most like likely research, and you should have a blog, and show them what can you offer them, how they can benefit in joining you as their sponsor, or how your products can benefit them, what differentiate you from the competition?

Blogging is the act of writing a post for a blog. A Blog is compose of posts. A blog is a frequently updated online posts, journal or diary. I recommend that you make your own BLOG SITE as your central nerve center(explained later), and at the same time it serves as a mean to promote your business online by optimizing your blog for the search engine(will be discuss later). If you are affiliated with a business opportunity, People who come to know the business you are affiliated with(eg. Avon, Usana, Xango, etc) through different means (for example, people receive advertisement from the email from someone(not from you), or found a business opportunity similar to yours in YouTube, or while searching on the internet, etc), most likely interested people will research about reviews about that type of business, or product they saw,read, or watched similar to yours over the internet so they can decide whether they will join your business or not, which sponsor they will join, or whether they buy a product from you of from others, or. If they like what they see in your blog, they will might join you. If you optimized your blog for the search engine, you have a better chance to be found by internet users. The rule of thumb is to put yourself in their place if you are looking for a business, or sponsor to join. If you are only interested in selling products. You might want to explain your honest opinion about the product, or give testimonials if there are.

Creating a Blog is NOT mandatory for promoting your business, but it is highly recommendable. If you don't like writing blog, you can just promote your business in other strategies like video marketing, bulk emailing, putting your site in a traffic exchange, etc. which will be discuss later on this page. But as i said, people will always want to research more about what they saw, read or watched, so it is highly recommended that you have a blog to show them what you, your business, your team, your product can BENEFIT them. Ask yourself, what differentiate you from the competition. Why will they choose to join your than other sponsors?, why would they buy from you than from others.

Things You May Write on your Blog:

.. BRIEF SUMMARY of the Business Opportunity you are promoting; The DATE of Launch or started; OWNERS or FOUNDERS; HISTORY, etc.

.. ABOUT YOURSELF - They want to know more about YOU. They want to know your background, skills, experiences in the industry, or program, and how can you help them. If you are a beginner, and nothing to share. Then just introduce yourself briefly, and focus on your good qualities, or strengths, & do not elaborate further.

.. ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS & its COMPANY - They want to know about the BUSINESS & its COMPANY (history, founder or owner, location, etc). They want to know your OPINION or REVIEW about the program you promoting?

.. REVIEW of your MLM or Business Opportunity - Your Honest Opinion of your Business Opportunity.

.. PRODUCTS - Descriptions, Illustrations, Reviews of your Product, and how can it benefit them.

.. COMPENSATION PLAN - Explanation, Illustration, Videos of your Compensaton Plan. You may also add images.

.. TESTIMONIALS - Do you have testimonials of success or experiences from your members, or about your product, etceteras.

.. TEAM - how your Team can help, and benefit them to make money, or achieve their goals.

.. ETCETERAS

.... I recommend that you do NOT use Free blogs with Free Hosting because you do not own your content. If it happens they do not like your blog, or if you violated their terms, they can permanently remove your blog, and all your efforts will go down the drain. But if you have no budget i recommend to use Blogger.com. Make sure you read their "terms" so you know if you will be violating their rules. At this point, i never experience my blogs taken down by Blogger.com. I promote all sorts of business opportunities, and i never had problems. Blogger is better than the blogs of Webs.com, & Weebly.com. These 2 & others do NOT like MLMs, or business opportunities which requires upfront money. When you are using a blogger, or any free blogs, if they have "import or export" feature, you might want to back up your blog from time to time, by exporting and saving it on your computer. You do not have to, but it is more safe cos we do not know what will happen in the future. You can find tutorials on YouTube, or over the internet how to export, and import your blogger blog, or any blogs you may decide to use.

Instructions Below:

Creating Splash Page:

#1. LOG IN TO AIOP===> Click on===>SPLASH BUILDER

#2. CLICK===>SPLASH PAGES from the left.

#3. In the box that says “Splash Page Name:”, Name your landing page.
This can be anything you want. I usually name it “landing”

#4. CLICK===> “CREATE SPLASH PAGE” after naming it.

#5. Choose “Quick splashpage 1” and click “Update Template“

#6. Scroll down, CLICK===> GO BACK TO EDIT PAGE.

#7. In area 1 Text 1 CLICK ===> HTML in the menu (It has what looks like a "tiny broom icon" next to it) A new window will open up called a pop up box. Click the link below, and paste theHTML Code for the landing page and paste it in this box.

NOTE: Attached are the HTML Codes you will need to make your Landing page and your Capture page. Should you have difficulty opening them, first try downloading a program that allows you to open PDF files. If you find you are still unable, let me know. I will be glad to help you.

#7a. Once you’ve pasted the code in the box, CLICK===> “UPDATE“.

#8. Now go back up to the top, CLICK===> “UPDATE SETTINGS“

#9. Last, this is very important. It will make the whole page clickable and will take a person to your AIOP site:

In the LINK URL box where it says Url’s, paste your AIOP Link in the box,
thenCLICK ===>“UPDATE“.

#10. Now, click “VIEW YOUR SPLASH PAGE” and it should look like this page which is mine:

# 11. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SOME EDITIONS of Your LANDING PAGE, Go back to the previous page(where you initially had clicked the button"View Your Splash Page"), then scroll down, and make editions. Maybe, you can change the text in what you desire to write there, or you can insert image, etc If you don't know what those icons means, just hover on each, then some notes will pop up each icon.

#12. Do NOT forget to click the button "Update Settings" below the editing section to save your work.

#13. IF YOU WANT TO CREATE ANOTHER or ADDITIONAL SPLASH PAGES, Click the "Splash Pages" from the left column, then hit the "Create Splash Page" button, then repeat step 3 through 12.

In step #7, you might just want to directly write, upload pictures, etc directly to the editing section, and not hit the "htm icon"if you don't know anything about html codes.

*** Also, Video Tutorials on Building Your Own Capture-Page instructions (Login to your AIOP, then, Click SplashBuilder at the top, then Click "Tutorials". You will see 3 Videos there. Watch "AIOP Splash Builder Tutorial Part 1", then come back in this section after you watch the mentioned video and followed its instructions, you can come back in this section, and follow the next step.
